Overwhelmed?
😰Do you ever feel overwhelmed? 
💭Too many thoughts, too many emotions. 
Awful isn’t it. 
My suggestion for this is fairly simple. 
📝Grab a sheet of paper, fold it in half. 
On the left write down those overwhelming feelings. 
On the right identify if it’s a problem you can do anything to resolve and give it a tick. 
✅Then make a start. 
Don’t tackle everything just set the smallest target. 
🏅Our mind really does reward us when we take even tiny actions.
