When I people hear my speak at events and conferences I want them to feel empowered and inspired.
My story of living with a disease that causes me to break every bone im my body is where we start. But hopefully nobody listen plans to break as many bones as me, I talk about how that has taught me to live alongside fear and become confident and live a fullfilling live. I demonstrate the practical easy changes people can make to overcome anxiety, procrastination and self doubt.
“I grew up with a disease that meant I could break bones incredibly easily and I looked very different to my peers. For a while this meant I became fearful and afraid of risks.
